I need to wire money from my personal bank account to some company's account with the same bank. I was wondering how long will it take for them to get the money? And do I’ve to do it from the bank branch where I opened my account, or can they do it from any branch? Do I need to fill out any forms or anything?

Answer:
It's generally cheaper for you to go to a branch of a bank where you’ve an account, but it doesn't matter which branch. There will be forms you’ll fill out and a fee you will have to pay, the banker will explain it to you. You'll want to sit down and talk with someone, usually the tellers can't do wire transfers. If the money is to be deposited into the account of someone at the same bank as yours, there may be a way to transfer the money without wiring it (thus, no wire fee). You might want to mention that the account is within the same bank before you get started on the paperwork for a wire transfer.

Answer:
I’ve been able to just call my bank and make this transaction. You just need your account number and your routing number. Any branch should be able to do it. It can also be done the alternate way, from the company to which you're sending the money.

Answer:
Any branch and yes, you’ll need to fill out a form/forms. Easy. Money will be accessible usually within 15 minutes.
