how much do you’ve to have in your checking account to feel secure these days ?? please share with me your views

This is a personal question and two people on Y/A can't have identical budgets. In order to have enough money in your view, just set up a budget. Determine how much you earn a month, deduct rent, all the bills you’ve to pay like rent, food, electricity, water, etc. If you don't have any money left over after deducting how much you spend then something is wrong. You have to cut back on some expenses that you don't need.

Since income is paid monthly I need enough to pay that month's bills and an emergency amount of 500. Everything else moves to savings

BUT WITH MY DAD JUST AS LONG AS HE HAS ENOUGH FOR US TO LIVE COMFORTABLY.
