Will i overdraft?

Last week, my bank account had $15 dollars in it. I havent withdrawed any money or used my check card. I made a check deposit of $245 Friday. This day, online, my current balance is $15.00 and my available balance is $115.00. I was told the check wouldnt clear til MOnday night, if i withdraw $100 dollars tomorrow, will i go into the negative?
