Contribute 10%, plus matching, plus discretionary. Got to do it if you want to retire early. 100% invested.

I invest in my own personal account. I don't do any 401K programs but I believe in the stock markets capability to grow your wealth.

no I did the TSP which is absolute garbage but once I change my careers (in processes) I’m going to do an IRA probably
