Here are some suggestions:
(1) You need to make sure that you offer references or that you are insured to go into other peoples' homes. People won't hire you to go inside their private residences if they don’t have some type of assurance that their belongings are safe and that you have a pattern of dependable behavior.
(2) “No time for your dogs” is problematic b/c it makes it look like you are accusing them of not having enough time for their beloved pets - I would change the wording.
(3) I would add a phone number - you’ve to build up trust when someone is letting you into his/her home and/or walking his/her loved pets. I would put both options - maybe use e-mail contact after you have made phone contact to gain trust.
(4) Spell out words like “u” - it looks unprofessional.
(5) Start out the flyer with some type of quote to draw the reader in - try looking up dog quotes - I’ve an example below:
“When please doesn't work…beg!”
