hi friends can someone tell that how much is starting wage at dollarama in winnipeg.

Minimum wage as of April 2008 is $8.50 an hour, so you should NEVER be working for less than that it is the law).
I would be highly skeptical if they offered you more, unless they are having trouble hiring people (in which case they may have to offer people more just to get them to work places like Dollarama). It is likely though you will be working for minimum wage.
