Would you purchase an item off e-bay if the seller didn't answer your question?

I e-mailed the seller for additional (minor) information regarding their product.
They never replied back, but have a good price and 99% Good rating.
Would you still purchase it?

first of all, it is good to check seller's score like that, but that isn't good enough.

go to his profile, and actually check, how many people rated him.

if only like 1~2 people rated him then even if his score is good, his credibility isn’t high because you can get 100% score by one rate.

the more people rated him and high the score is the ideal.

dont ever get things from someone that is lower than 99.

if that seller is power seller, then he might be busy with other emails too.

I dont know how long you ve waited for reply, but it takes at most one day for them to reply in some cases because ebay is not that main job. they prolly have their real job and maybe busy.

If that person absolutely ignores you, then forget about him.

and remember, always double check about item.

also remember to purchase through paypal, otherwise you wont be able to do anything when item is defective.
