Do you work in a call center? if so how do you feel about the job?

I used to work in a call center as a sales representative when I was younger and honestly it as a really hard job because people were constantly hanging up on me and I wasnt a realy good sales. I managaed to work there for 2 years but with a bad experience as I had to other choice but do it because of the money to be able to mantain myself and my family. Sometimes you’ve to do things even if you dont care about it, you should just try to enjoy it until you’re able to find another job. Just dont give up and keep working hard on getting another job if that's what you want.

Just want to state that my call center experience was all positive as a customer service rept. However , as a telemarketer, I stunk! I'm glad I had the more positive experience first or else I would have been turned off large time, Now all I want to do is work in a call center. My last center closed! Report Abuse
