Starting your own business isn’t an easy thing to do these days, I would a young person like yourself should get a job, listen and learn, work hard and gain experience and hopefully make some money so you can one day to have your own business.

This one's great because it basically requires no particular skills, just trustworthiness and reliability. Be sure to have personal references available, and you'll also need reliable transportation. If you're an animal lover, petsitting is an simple add-on.
$2 on flyers to put up on bulletin boards, and the rest on classified ads in your local neighborhood paper (not a huge city-wide one).
Answer:
There are tons! Helping with jobs around the home (what are you good at?). Many people wouldd love to hire a teen ager to help with the odd jobs. I have two I call on a regular basis, they do mowing, yard clean up, gutters whatever is needed, (I have a big yard). You would be amazed at how well you can do if you do the job well, don't screw around, and are reliable. People are willing to pay well for it too!
