I've been trying to find the info, but after 2 hours, no luck. Does anyone know where I can find info on the allocation of federal tax dollars? More specifically allocations to religious groups?

Answer:
Pentagon & War spending - 54%

Education, training, employment & social services - 8%

Environment, Science, Agriculture and Energy - 7%

Health - 6%

Transportation, general gov't, Community dev, & Commerce - 6%

Income security - 6%

Justice - 5%

Veteran services - 4%

International - 4%

Authority for Discretionary Programs

It doesn't mention religious groups separately, because it's too small a 'portion'…but my guess is that it falls as a little piece somewhere within the subcategory of Social Services.

Mostly, religious groups merely get to no pay taxes, they only rarely receive money for programs they run, though they did begin supporting religious organization-run social programs a few years ago. I envision that is too small a slice of pie to itemize, unless you're breaking down the budget into a thousand-page report.
