Has anyone been having the same problem? I’m not sure what time the money was deposited on Thursday, but I would expect that the bank (Bank of America) could at least see it pending…but they see nothing. Getting a little nervous as I really neeeed this money! Thanks!

Answer:
1. Check the routing number and account number on your tax return and make sure that these are correct. Any errors here means that you’ll get a paper check in 4 to 6 weeks.

2. Did you apply for a RAL that was denied or use a “quick pay” or “simple pay” scheme that deducted the tax prep fees from your refund? If you did, grant 2 or 3 banking days after the deposit date for the fee strip and relay to your bank. Today is only the 2nd banking day following the 19th.

Answer:
That is strange. Did you ask to see for yourself and have them print the recent dates? That would be something you would have to see and then get to the bottom of it by making a couple of phone calls.

Answer:
Check if you bank account and routing num info is entered correctly
