the home im interested in renting lives abroad hes renting house through an estate agent.
If things go wrong say major fixes like the bolier busting does the estate bureau have to help me? he is hard to contact because hes so far away
Answer:
Ask the bureau if he has a “full management” agreement with them, or “tenant-finder” only.
If it is full management (which I anticipate it is) then no problem.
If they’re only finding the tenant for him - ask them what happens about maintenance issues.
