I live in NY state and last year I remember filing my federal and state taxes for free because my income was less than $30,000. I cannot seem to find it this year…what is it called or is there a website?

The one you are speaking about is the Freedom edition. It files federal and state for free if you qualify. Here’s a link.

Go to turbotax.com and choose the free edition. Remember not to import last years info because that automatically bumps you up to the $30 one. There is no warning I got burned on it this year so be careful.
